The Phases
The final clean is the last thing between you and sign-off.
Drywall dust gets into everything — the door tracks, the electrical boxes, the top of every frame. The trades are still finishing when the client walkthrough gets booked, and a crew that shows up once with a shop vac isn't going to close that gap.
We work in phases behind the trades, know which blade is safe on a low-E coating, and bring extra hands for the punch-list days — because the occupancy date is not moving, and neither are we.
Rough & Final Clean
Construction debris removed, then dust pulled from deck, ductwork, ledges, and every horizontal surface — followed by a detailed wipe-down of walls, doors, frames, and trim.
Glass, Fixtures & Millwork
Interior and exterior glazing cleaned both sides, light lenses and diffusers wiped, vents and grilles detailed, and cabinetry interiors, hardware, and shelving left move-in ready.
We hit the GC's date
Phased to your construction schedule — rough clean behind the trades, final clean before the walkthrough, and extra crew for the punch-list crunch when occupancy won't move.
Finish-safe methods
New finishes scratch and etch easily. Our crews use non-abrasive pads, plastic blades on coated glass, and pH-correct products so the handover surface isn't the one that gets marked.
